Ordering CRISPR Nucleases and gRNA at Synthego

Ordering Your CRISPR Nucleases And gRNA

Easily order CRISPR nucleases and gRNA in our user-friendly order interface.

We designed an easy-to-use CRISPR gRNA ordering interface to eliminate the hassles and inefficiencies of traditional ordering systems. Let's walk through the ordering interface and how you can place your order today - hassle free!

Easily Order CRISPR Nuclease

On our hfCas12Max nuclease and SpCas9 nuclease product pages, you can easily add the nuclease to your cart by simply clicking the 'Add Nuclease to Cart' button on the right side of the page indicated by the fuchsia-colored arrow below. Please note that clicking this button only adds one nuclease at a time. To add multiple nucleases to your cart, you can either select the  'Add Nuclease to Cart' button again or go to your cart to change the quantity of the nuclease.

Need Help Placing Your gRNA Order?

Explore our walkthough tutorial videos below on how to order CRISPR gRNA in the various format options based on your experimental needs. Depending on the format you choose, either tubes or 96 well plate, you can jump to that video to walk through how to place your CRISPR gRNA order. For help on which format option to choose, please find our recommendations below:

Format

Recommendations

Single Tube Upload

Ideal for orders with <10 CRISPR gRNA

Batch Tube Upload

Ideal for orders with >10 CRISPR gRNA

Plate Upload

Requires a minimum of 24 wells to be filled with CRISPR gRNA

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The CRISPR gRNA does not contain the PAM sequence. Therefore, the PAM should not be included when uploading your CRISPR gRNA information.

Single Tube Upload

To order less than ten CRISPR gRNA in one order, you can upload your CRISPR gRNA sequences one at a time. After selecting Tubes for your format, you can choose from a range of pre-selected gRNA templates for hfCas12Max nuclease and SpCas9 nuclease. By selecting these gRNA templates, we will incorporate the scaffold during synthesis, meaning you only need to enter your target sequence. We also understand that each experiment and nuclease may require various types of modification patterns on the gRNA, so you can select from Synthego modifications or no modifications. To learn how to upload your CRISPR gRNA information one at a time, watch our quick tutorial video below.

Batch Tube Upload

If you are ordering ten or more CRISPR gRNA at once, we recommend doing so as a batch upload using a .csv or Excel file. To successfully upload a tube batch, download our tube batch upload template here. In this file, you can enter the CRISPR gRNA information similar to what you would input on the order interface - the name of your gRNA, the target sequence, and the modification. Once your file is complete, upload it to the order interface, and the CRISPR gRNA information will be added seamlessly to it. For a more detailed stepwise approach to batch uploads, watch the video below.

Plate Upload

You can also order your CRISPR gRNA in plates by selecting our Plates format option. Although you can enter your sequences manually on a blank plate map in the order interface, we strongly encourage you to use our 'Upload Excel or CSV file' option as this would make plate order placement easier. To upload the plate file, please download our template here. One of the most important pieces of information is to make sure you designate which CRISPR gRNA you would like synthesized in each well position in your file - a minimum of 24 wells must be filled for the plates format option. If you need additional help ordering plates of CRISPR gRNA, check out the walkthrough video below demonstrating how you can order plates of CRISPR gRNA.
